Completing this form does not constitute a reservation guarantee. Once this form is received you will be contacted via telephone (usually within 48hrs) to complete your reservation. We suggest that all reservations request be made at least two weeks prior to the date requested. A completed reservation does not guarantee admittance of you or your guest on the date of your reservation. Skinny’s reserves the right to refuse entry or service to anyone for any reason and is the sole discretion of management.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT CONFIRMED PARTIES:
Guestlists must be received before 6pm on the day of your reservation. Food and/or decorations are not allowed unless approved prior to your event. Guestlists for all parties are only honored before 11pm. We cannot hold reservations after 11:30 PM, if your party has not check in prior to 11:30 PM your reservation may not be guaranteed.
